How We Operate
Membership: AOB is open to all individuals who identify with the Bay Area Bengali community and support our goals. Members will have the opportunity to participate in events, shape the organization's direction, and enjoy exclusive benefits. Governance and executive functions: AOB will be governed by an elected board of directors and run by functional committees. These groups will be responsible for decision-making, event planning, financial management, and ensuring the organization aligns with its mission.
